Role Overview
 
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the IT sector, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified candidates within the SEO, PPC, and Digital Marketing domains. Leveraging your industry knowledge and network, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading IT companies, contribute to their growth, and shape the careers of talented professionals.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

• Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and staffing requirements.


• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure compatibility with client needs.


• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.


• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in IT, SEO, PPC, and Digital Marketing recruitment.

 
Requirements
 

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the IT sector with a focus on SEO, PPC, and Digital Marketing roles.


• Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and recruitment processes.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.


• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
