The RoleAs a Delivery Consultant, you will be instrumental in sourcing top-tier talent for clients while delivering a seamless and professional recruitment experience. You'll work closely with candidates and internal teams to ensure successful placements and long-term client satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using innovative tools and platforms.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing exceptional support throughout the recruitment process.Manage multiple roles across various industries, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Stay informed about market trends and client industries to provide strategic insights.
