Salary: Up to £28,000 (Experience Dependant) + Commission + Benefits

We are a leading recruitment agency specialising within the Rec 2 Rec sector.

Established for over 16 years and a well respected name in the Industry.

The Role:

Wisdom are seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to support our clients consultants in delivering top-tier recruitment services.

This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates for a variety of Rec 2 Rec roles.

You will work closely with experienced consultants to understand client needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using various platforms and databases


• Conduct initial candidate interviews and qualify suitable candidates


• Maintain and update candidate/ client records in our CRM system


• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients


• Assist in the preparation of job advertisements and marketing materials


• Support consultants & the Director in managing client relationships and candidate communications


• Responsible for Wisdom's social media & keeping our website up to date.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in recruitment is essential


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities


• A proactive and results-driven attitude


• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
