My client are a leading independent recruitment consultancy specializing in Accountancy & Finance, Executive, HR, and Financial Services, with a growing team and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

They are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their London team within the Accountancy & Finance (A&F) sector.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates in Finance and Accounting roles. This is an opportunity to develop your career in a rapidly growing industry and enjoy exceptional earning potential with a base salary of £35k and OTE of up to £75k.

Key responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.


• Sourcing and recruiting highly skilled professionals in Finance and Accounting.


• Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to offer management.


• Meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Proven success in recruitment, particularly within the Finance and Accounting sector.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
