Title: Construction Recruitment Consultant
Location: East Grinstead (hybrid, 2 days at home)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £85,000+ OTE
Our client is an independently owned recruitment company for the construction and property industry.
They provide tailored recruitment solutions across all departments including Production, Commercial and Technical as well as Land Buying, Planning and Customer Care.
They offer a bespoke recruitment service in accordance with each client's individual needs, specialising in both temporary and permanent appointments at all levels from trainees to senior directors.
Their senior directors have a minimum of 15 years of recruitment experience and are experts in their field. With such an extensive knowledge of the marketplace and an invaluable network of well-established contacts, they truly believe that they can offer a unique service that is second to none.
Our client is currently seeking a Construction Recruitment Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be passionate about finding the right talent to help build amazing projects.
Responsibilities:
Conducting candidate searches using various recruitment tools and platforms
Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills and experience
Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs
Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in the construction industry (preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
