Our client is now the South’s leading independent Accountancy & Finance, Executive, HR and Financial Services Recruitment Consultancy.

They are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant within the A&F sector to join their team.

 As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates in Finance and Accounting roles.

With a base salary of 32k and OTE of up to 75k, this is an opportunity to develop your career in a rapidly-growing industry and enjoy exceptional earning potential.

Key responsibilities:

Building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates

Sourcing and recruiting highly skilled professionals in finance and accounting

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer management

Meeting and exceeding revenue targets

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in recruitment, with demonstrable experience in the Finance and Accounting sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving targets
