Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 basic plus comms and bens
Location: Southend, Essex

They have ambitious growth plans for the next few years and need to increase our headcount with ambitious recruitment consultants to achieve this growth.

What we are looking for in a Recruitment Consultant:

• Proven track record as a recruitment consultant in 360 permanent/contract recruitment


• Strong business acumen


• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills


• Strong screening candidates skills


• Excellent communication skills - can you communicate with Stakeholders and Board level individuals? You will be speaking to Senior Level Candidates who are specialist in their fields


• Effectiveness in sourcing passive candidates


• Ambitious, hardworking & self-motivated individuals


• Ability to manage, nurture and build long term relationships
