Role Overview
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director to lead their Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and delivering consistent billings.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of 5 recruitment consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Business Development – Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the supply chain sector.
- Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Performance Management – Ensure consistent personal billings of at least £200k per annum, while supporting team members to achieve their targets.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience in leading a recruitment team of at least two consultants.
✔ Demonstrated ability to consistently bill a minimum of £200k per year with the Supply Chain world.
✔ Strong understanding of the Supply Chain sector and its recruitment landscape.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
