Your Role
As an Education Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with SEN schools, mainstream schools, and candidates.
- Identifying talented educators and matching them with roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
- Supporting schools in finding passionate, skilled staff to create safe, nurturing environments for their pupils.
- Managing the full recruitment process – from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing compliance and ongoing support.
- Contributing to a culture of collaboration, trust, and inclusivity within the team.
