Location: Billericay, Essex
Salary: £23,000–£30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000+)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement. This is a sales-driven role that requires a proactive and determined mindset, with significant financial rewards for those who excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new clients, building strong relationships to win recruitment mandates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting to identify and attract top talent in the tech sector.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and repeat business.
- Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, driving revenue through placements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of recruitment experience (360 or resourcing) OR a strong background in sales and business development.
- Drive and Ambition: Money-motivated, results-driven, and determined to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Work Ethic: Energetic, proactive, and resilient with a positive attitude.
- Mobility: Must be a car owner and able to drive due to the office location.
- Commitment: Comfortable working full-time in the Billericay office, Monday-Friday.
