Role: Recruitment Resourcer – Commercial Sector
Location: Brighton 
Salary: £26,000 - £45,000 OTE

Our client, an award-winning recruitment consultancy in Central Brighton, is hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to manage recruitment processes and collaborate within a dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment procedures for temporary and permanent roles


• Match candidate skills with accurate job requirements


• Collaborate with team to achieve client objectives


• Meet agreed-upon timelines for candidate short-list submissions


• Coordinate client interviews and preparation


• Ensure high-quality candidate interactions


• Smoothly handle payroll processes and compliance

 
Skills:
 

• Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone


• Effective time management and deadline-driven


• Strong written English skills


• Meticulous attention to detail and process adherence


• Problem-solving ability and contingency planning
