Salary -30-35k plus bonus and benefits 

Flexible Hybrid working 2-3 days per week in the office depending on location

Our client is looking to expand their delivery team due to increased business levels.

Sector experience is not essential for this role providing your recruitment background is from white collar. 

You may be a Resourcer ready for a move or possibly a 360 recruiter that prefers the candidate sourcing side of the business.

Our client is the UK’s largest specialist Procurement and Supply Chain Recruitment organisation, delivering permanent and interim recruitment solutions to the world’s largest companies, including the likes of Adidas, Barclays, BP, GSK, GE, and McLaren to name a few

Long-term PSL relationships are maintained with these clients by developing strong delivery partnerships that outperform the competition. We are a boutique owner/founder-managed business giving our consultants close access to learn and work directly with some of the most experienced recruiters in this sector.

The role:

As part of their UK or International practice you will deliver candidates through a mapped recruitment process to  shortlist across mid to senior corporate roles.  

Sourcing candidates from circa 40k - 100k salary brackets. 

Requirements:

Experienced recruiter or Resourcer with a depth of experience across the corporate space.

A strong work ethic and determination to succeed who naturally works at pace

Degree educated or qualified by recruitment  experience

High professional level of spoken and written English
