Your Role:
As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will be the driving force behind connecting great talent with incredible opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively attract top talent for both temporary and permanent roles in the Industrial sector.
- Relationship Building:  Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, becoming their go-to expert.
- Candidate Matching: Skilfully match candidates to job opportunities, ensuring satisfaction on both sides.
- End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
- Target Achievement: Set your sights high and consistently achieve (and exceed!) your targets.

- Proven experience in recruitment or sales, especially in the Industrial sector.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—you know how to connect and persuade.
