Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic (experience dependent) + Uncapped Commission

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the industrial driving sector


• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates


• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish


• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial driving sector.
