Location: London (just off Oxford Street)
£30,000 to £80,000+

My client is a dynamic and innovative company specialising in HR, Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Technology, Change, and Transformation. Their commitment to excellence and passion for building lasting relationships sets them apart in the industry. I am looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in any of these areas, who is adept at building long-term relationships and adding value to our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to effectively identify and attract top talent.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with expertise in HR, Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Technology, Change, and Transformation.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
