Recruitment Consultant (9 Month Contract) – Commercial

About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to cover maternity leave beginning in February 2024. This role offers the opportunity to manage a warm desk currently producing £150,000 per year.
Responsibilities
• Manage a warm desk with a focus on repeat valued business.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships.
• Conduct sales calls to generate new business if necessary.
• Source, qualify and place recruiters with partnered businesses.
Requirements
• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
