Our client, a leading player in the recruitment industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their bustling Crawley branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the Sales & Operations sector on a warm desk, combining the excitement of managing existing accounts with the challenge of winning new business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients within the commercial sector, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering exceptional service.
Business Development: Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities within the sales and operations sector, expanding the client portfolio and contributing to the growth of the branch.
Candidate Sourcing and Placement: Identify and attract top talent for client vacancies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring successful placements.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed performance targets, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, collaborate on projects, and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the sales and operation sector, although transferable sectors with a commercial-like element considered.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Effective negotiation and influencing skills.
Proactive approach to business development.
