Key Responsibilities

• 
  Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and social media.


• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.


• 
  Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the suitability of candidates for specific roles.


• 
  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to successful candidate placement.


• 
  Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a fast-paced environment.


• 
  Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and best practices.


• 
  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• 
  Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both clients and candidates.


•
