Key Responsibilities

• 
  Advertising jobs, screening candidates, arranging interviews.

  Seeing the end-to-end recruitment process through.


• 
  Manage and nurture existing client relationships.


• 
  Leverage your previous B2B or Retail Sales experience to excel in this role.


• 
  Engage in successful recruitment processes, even with no prior recruitment background - comprehensive training will be provided.


• 
  Work in alignment with our proven career structure plan to achieve personal and professional growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 
  Essential: Previous B2B or Retail Sales experience, showcasing your understanding of client relations and sales processes.


• 
  No prior recruitment experience required - we will equip you with the skills to excel in recruitment.

  A willingness to learn and adapt to our successful recruitment methodologies.
