YOUR ROLE

• 
  Develop key customer accounts


• 
  Source candidates for client needs


• 
  Manage client accounts, coordinate recruitment


• 
  Understand market conditions in your sector


• 
  Support candidate recruitment


• 
  Contact potential candidates


• 
  Arrange interviews


• 
  Client/worker liaison


• 
  Assist compliance procedure


• 
  Aid invoicing queries

REQUIREMENTS

• 
  Account management experience, is advantageous


• 
  Recruitment experience, is advantageous


• 
  Sales experience, direct dealings with clients


• 
  Comfortable alone or in a team


• 
  Strong communication skills


• 
  Organised, MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills


• 
  Fast-paced environment enthusiast


• 
  Eagerness to learn and progress
