Recruitment Resourcer
Salary - £25,000 plus team commission
Location - Horsham and Work From Home
This opportunity will work closely with the existing team of 3 helping to manage full end to end recruitment within the Recruitment 2 Recruitment sector.
Our candidates and clients are all recruiters.
We are looking for an individual with an excellent telephone manner, lots of energy with an exceptional knowledge of written and verbal English.
Their MS office / PC skills must be excellent as the Director's aren’t!!
We are prepared to invest greatly for the right individual.
They must have a 'can do' attitude.
Telephone Answering.
Responding to emails.
Reacting quickly when necessary to time sensitive actions from the team, candidates, or clients.
Administration, action and taking of calls and interviews for the business.
Contacting candidates from the database to assess if they are looking for a new role and suitability for Wisdom Recruitment to help them.
Contacting all candidates that apply to our adverts to assess suitability.
With the ability with training and shadowing from us to be able to pre screen and interview a candidate to access suitability.
Interview coordination between candidates and clients.
Formatting CVs.
The ability to speak to Wisdom’s clients to organise interviews and take feedback.
Writing and advertising jobs online.
Market mapping areas to support the consultants.
Creating attractive ads / pictures for our social media to advertise us and our jobs and keep a high social presence.
Updating our website, social media ( LinkedIn, FB etc ) and job boards with all jobs and monthly industry news.
Effectively using our CRM and ensuring high quality of data.
CV sent cross checking - candidate contact / back door placements.
Process candidate background checks where necessary.
Weekly Mail outs to our candidate base with all our recent jobs etc & topical news within our industry.
Data entry and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant / Resourcer or another recruiting-related role.
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting.
MS office / PC skills must be excellent.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Great attention to detail is essential.
Outstanding communication skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Strong written and verbal English language skills.
Package:
