Job Title: Recruitment - Account Manager (IT sector)

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Redhill

Salary: £30,000 Basic + OTE £80,000

Established 25 years ago, our client has been making waves with their forward thinking business solutions. Growing to an annual revenue of $3billion.

Through their global delivery centres across North America, Asia, and Europe, they deliver strategic technology and business transformation solutions to their clients, enabling them to operate as leaders within their fields.

In an exciting period of growth, they are now looking for a number of Account Managers to join their team, working in a 270 capacity.

Responsibilities:

Providing professional talent from the IT sector to an established client base.

Managing candidates from sourcing through to placement and thereafter.

Building and maintaining strong trusted relationships with clients.

Ensuring clients' needs are met, and they are happy with the overall service received.

Requirements:

Previous recruitment experience within the IT sector.

Experience liaising with external stakeholders.

Confident in your ability to speak on technical terms with clients and candidates.
