Job Title: Recruitment - Head of Research / Delivery Manager (Professional Sector)

Salary: £60,000 Basic + OTE £130,000

In an exciting period of growth, they are now looking for a Delivery Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Delivery of entire recruitment projects.

Working alongside a recruitment consultant doing partner level recruitment.

Placing high level candidates within the legal market place.

Building and maintaining strong trusted relationships with clients.

Meeting with clients alongside the consultant, showing an in-depth interest and understanding of the businesses and their needs.

Requirements:

Previous recruitment experience within professional sectors.

Experience in placing candidates at high levels with salaries in excess of £75K.

Experience in holding face-to-face business meetings.

Delivery of entire project (not winning the business).
