Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Kings Hill

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Base 25,000 + up to 30% commission

Sales & Marketing

Business Development, Sales & Marketing professionals across CRO, CDMO, eClinical, Pharmaceutial, Biotech and Medical Devices.

Commercialisation

They recruit into the following areas of commercialisation; Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Market Access, Pricing and Reimbursement, Launch Strategy. This is for Consultancy, Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies.

Medical

Their Medical coverage includes; Medical Advisor, MSL, Medical Affairs, Medical Directors, VP Medical Affairs. We cover all therapeutic areas and support both Biotech, CRO and Pharmaceutical companies.

Science and R&D

They have a strong focus on working with Cell and Gene organisations across this particular field, hiring Scientists, Senior Scientists, Principal Scientists, Team Leads, Project Managers and VP of R&D and more.

Regulatory Affairs

Experienced recruiting across the full RA spectrum, both pre- and post-marketing activities. They support the recruitment of Regulatory Associates, Regulatory Affairs Managers, Directors and VP's.

Quality

Track-record of recruiting both QA & QC professionals from junior to senior level within Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, CRO and CDMO.

Responsibilities:

Partnering with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements

Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks

Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role

Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers

Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers during the selection process

Negotiating offers and overseeing the onboarding process

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
