Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting qualified individuals to our clients. Your extensive knowledge of the IT, Digital Law, and Insurance industries will allow you to understand the unique requirements of each role and identify suitable candidates with precision.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to match them with suitable job opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to IT, Digital Law, and Insurance, and share insights with clients and candidates.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize processes and enhance overall recruitment efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with a focus on IT, Digital Law, and Insurance sectors. (not a must)
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy in candidate evaluations and documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated understanding of IT, Digital Law, and Insurance industries, including key roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
