Salary: Base up to £35,000 with £70,000 OTE

Our client’s goal is to streamline the recruitment process to get talented teachers and support staff where they are needed – in the classroom inspiring the next generation.
Established in 1989, they are the most experienced education consultancy in the UK. As well as recruiting from across the UK, their dedicated team has offices in Australia and Canada, and representatives for New Zealand, South Africa, UAE, Europe and Ireland, meaning they have access to the best teaching talent the world has to offer.
They are now looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join their amazing team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent in the education sector, building strong relationships with candidates and clients, business development, and supporting the overall recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and identify top talent in the education sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for roles
Support the overall recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
Requirements:
Recruitment experience is essential, within the education sector and is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
