My client is a scaling International Search & Recruitment agency founded in 2019 with a global client network in EMEA, the US and Asia. Due to commercial growth, we are now looking for a new superstar to join our recruiting team in the UK to take our business to the next level.
About The Role
The Consultant will be a key member of the team, contributing actively to sales growth through delivery of full-cycle recruitment services within the Data as a Service and Software as a Service space throughout Europe and North America. As an early hire into a fast-growing business, the position will utilise a broad range of skills across business development, marketing and networking. With a primary responsibility to reach and exceed sales targets, the Recruitment Consultant will have a wider mandate to participate in the strategic growth of my client working alongside company directors to drive revenue development, expand service offerings and increase brand awareness within niche technology communities. Core responsibilities will include:
• Establishing a network across the maritime & trade SaaS and DaaS markets
• Drive company revenue through placements with new and existing clients
• Expand client network by prospecting and onboarding new customers
• Representing my client across social media, online and live global events
About You

• 1-2 years’ recruitment industry experience, agency environment preferred
