Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: Up to £25,000 base salary + £45,000 first-year OTE

Business development through telephone, LinkedIn and face to face meetings
Interviewing over the phone and making candidate selections
Searching for candidates through various job boards / alternative methods
Negotiating Terms of Business
Account Management/development and customer service
Use of I.T. admin and web-based social media tools
Ultimately closing deals

Up to 25k basic + Commission - (realistic 1st-year earnings at 45k rising to realistic 65/70k once established).
