Role – Recruitment Consultant
Warm Desk, High Fees, big uncapped commission

We are looking for experienced and professional recruiters to be a part of our success.
Rec 2 Rec experience is not necessary, we will teach you that.
The Role:
Working the hours that suit YOU!
You will have the resources and support to enable you to succeed.
Strong candidate management and negotiation skills are the key to success in this role
Full on the job training along with access to a comprehensive database of clients that we have long standing and successful relationships with.
You will ideally work 1 or 2 days from the office alongside our lovely team in Horsham, although we are also open to recruiters from further afield - we have clients across the country!
