Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to help them take their established business to the next level!

The sourcing of high-caliber contract and permanent staff across the IT, Automotive, and Gaming sectors has been our core activity ever since.

The Role:
The UK and European market is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires an attentive and solutions-driven approach.
You will be working on building a qualified and diverse team of employees, support the team, get involved in all aspects - also admin, raising contracts, HR, identifying and hiring specific types of employees.

Responsibilities:
Forecast hiring
Sourcing potential hires on social media networks
Building a close relationship with candidates
Planning interviews
Evaluating Candidates' performance interviews
Analyzing candidate resumes and applications
Guaranteeing the onboarding process is a successful and positive experience for new employees
Working with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Anticipating each department's annual and quarterly hiring needs
