Our Client are looking for a Temporaries recruitment consultant with experience in delivering personal results, who is adaptable and can fit in with a well-established team. They are after someone who is at the top of their game and able to recruit the right candidates into the right roles. They must be able to demonstrate the following:
An understanding of the temporary and permanent recruitment markets
Lead by example - They can carry their own personal sales target.
Ensure that sales activity is in line with the commercial strategy in order to meet business objectives and targets
Continually review personal progress towards sales targets and KPIs
Effective planning and organisational skills - able to juggle, prioritise and manage
A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to achieve challenging goals.
Able to build and maintain internal and external relationship
Ability to create a strong team spirit: showing the way, supporting their team and enjoying collective, as much as personal achievement
Adaptable selling and negotiating skills to win business and develop their team to do the same.
