Base Salary: Up to £35,000 + Brilliant Commission Structure- Realistic OTE £100,000

 

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to strengthen their succesful growing team.



They are specialists in building teams from CXO down in AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Cyber Security, IoT & Connectivity and Emerging Technologies.

Requirements:

-Drive, determination, and motivation to succeed

-Experience in recruitment 

-Strong work ethic with a professional working attitude

-Information-gathering and problem-solving skills

-Strong written and communication skills

-Work closely with the business consulting team and delivery management

-Carry out in-depth market research to create an exhaustive talent universe for each search mandate

-Write campaign-ready content, marketing and advertisements

-Create targeted candidate lists ready for use in direct marketing campaigns

-Accurately report and document the progress of each search using our CRM

-Engage with high-profile candidates; approach, evaluate and manage through the full cycle recruitment process including offer management and referencing

-Develop a professional online brand to assist with talent attraction
