Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help them take their established business to the next level!

Our client was established in the mid-1980s as the internal resourcing function for contract and permanent IT resourcer, to its then parent, an FTSE Top 100 company.
The sourcing of high calibre contract and permanent staff across the IT, Automotive, and Gaming sectors has been our client’s core activity ever since. They are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful individual to join our busy close-knit, friendly account team.
The main purpose of the role is to support the team in identifying candidates for new vacancies with our client. In addition to this the candidate will be involved in numerous other tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the account.
Ideally, the candidate may have some recruitment experience in a resourcing role along with strong admin skills, a keen eye for detail, a willingness to lear, a desire to deliver best in class service and be able to work within a collaborative team environment.
From day one and throughout candidate's career, they will receive support, training, and guicande that needs to succeed.

You will be working on building a qualified and diverse team of employees, support the team, get involved in all aspects - also admin, raising contracts, HR, identifying and hiring specific types of employees.

Responsibilities:
You will be supporting the Account Director and the team and your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Sourcing of candidates from online job boards, LinkedIn, the CRM system as well as engaging with known sources in the market
• Initial screening of candidates to gain a clearer understanding of their skills, history and career aspirations
• Writing adverts to attract talent
• Taking briefs from the client
• Setting up interviews; following up with candidate/client queries; database administration
• Maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Supporting the account manager with matters concerning HR, contract production and general admin duties, compliance etc
• Assist with the daily running of the account, including relationships with the hiring managers.
Key skills and experience
The successful individual will have the following skills and experience:
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Computer literate including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using the telephone and speaking to candidates
• Numerate
