Our client specialises in supporting Early Career Teachers (ECT), Teachers and Senior Leaders into career defining opportunities.

The team work relentlessly to support their exclusive partnership schools in finding the very best Early Career Teachers (ECT) through to Senior Leaders.
Our client is seeking to recruit a passionate and highly motivated Recruitment Resourcer in educational sector.
This is a full-time working role, they work Hybrid.
The client works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in the office and Thursday & Friday from home.
They have an amazing amount of annual leave of 40 days + birthday day + bank holidays in year 1 , rising to 50 days from year 2 !!!!
They also don't expect the team members to save any holiday for over the Christmas break.
Responsibilities:
• Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods
• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates
• Monitor responses/applications received to make sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently
• Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising candidates against defined job vacancies
• Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal team
• Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
• Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
• Building high-quality working relationship across the team
