Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant - Commercial 

Sector: Commercial

Location: Epsom, Surrey 

Salary: c £30,000 per annum OTE £70,000

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing full lifecycle recruitment including business development and ensuring effective recruitment processes.

You will be working a commercial market within the permanent and temporaries sector.

How will you spend your days?

• 
  Business development - prospect and existing business


• 
  Arranging and attending client meetings


• 
  Candidate registrations


• 
  Negotiating terms of employment with prospective clients


• 
  Account management with existing clients - this is a small part of the role


• 
  Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification


• 
  Using various online job boards and social media tools, you will Source, screen applicants, and network with Candidates


• 
  Update candidate information and activity on our in-house recruitment database

Who are you?

• 
  You will have a minmum of 1 year agency recruitment experience


• 
  Confident making sales calls


• 
  Strong face to face skills


• 
  Well presented


• 
  Strong work ethic

  Self-motivated and Enthusiastic

  Great personality


• 
  Must have a full clean driving licence and own vehicle
