Role: Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Brighton , Hove , Chichester , Haywards Heath , Burgess Hill

We have multiple Clients within the West Sussex area who are looking for Specialist Recruitment Consultants. Some of my Clients are offering, Hot Desks, Account Management roles, Senior Consultant positions and Management roles.

Do you have Retained or Contingency Recruitment experience within the following Industries:

  IT


• 
  Life Sciences


• 
  Telecoms


• 
  Engineering


• 
  Executive Search


• 
  HR


• 
  Accountancy & Finance

How will you spend your days?



* Search for suitable candidates for current clients via headhunting methods and online job boards

* Qualify candidates for general registration purposes and against specific vacancies

* Make recommendations to consultants as to the suitability of candidates for specific vacancies

* Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification

* Update candidate information and activity on international in-house recruitment database

* Network with candidates through multiple social media tools.

Who are you?

 

• 
  Do you have at least 18 months experience within recruitment (ideally in one of the above sectors)


• 
  Possess a proven track record of delivering results on vacancies and projects to Clients


• 
  Excellent communication skills - can you communicate with Stakeholders and Board level individuals? You will be speaking to Senior Level Candidates who are specialist in their fields


• 
  Engaging and dynamic personality


• 
  Self-driven and resourceful. The ability to think outside the box.
