We’re on the hunt for a confident and energetic 360 Recruiter to take charge of our Industrial Temp desk – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to make things happen.

This is your chance to join a buzzing, supportive team at the heart of our Rochester office, working with a wide range of clients across the industrial sector – from logistics and warehousing to manufacturing and distribution. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from winning new business to placing top talent in temporary roles that keep the sector moving.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:

  Building and nurturing strong client relationships – new and existing

  Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (360) for industrial temp roles

  
  


• 
  

  Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates at pace

  
  


• 
  

  Negotiating terms and closing deals with confidence

  
  


• 
  

  Keeping things compliant, organised, and running like clockwork

  
  


• 
  

  Hitting (and smashing) targets – and earning serious commission while you're at it!

  
  

???? What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Proven experience in recruitment (ideally temp/industrial)

  
  


• 
  

  360 experience or a strong billing 180 background ready for the next step

  
  


• 
  

  A confident, engaging communicator who loves the buzz of the sales floor

  Organised, proactive, and results-driven

  
  


• 
  

  Resilient, with a great sense of humour and a ‘get it done’ attitude

  Based locally or able to commute easily to our Rochester office
