Administrator for IT Recruitment firm – £26-30K (DOE) – Basildon, Essex – Office Based


Are you a proactive, organised, and creative individual looking to join a small, friendly team where your work really makes an impact?


We’re on the lookout for a Marketing & Admin Assistant to join our growing business in Basildon, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role, loves working in a close-knit environment, and enjoys getting stuck into both the creative and the practical side of things.


???? Please note: Due to our location, a car is essential.
???? This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday).


What you’ll be doing:


You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, as well as playing a key role in our marketing efforts.


Here’s a flavour of what your day-to-day might look like:



  • Supporting our Consultants with essential admin tasks

  • Handling onboarding for new starters to ensure a smooth welcome

  • Managing office stock, supplies, and ensuring everything’s in check

  • Coordinating travel arrangements and planning team/company events

  • Creating and posting engaging content on LinkedIn and Instagram

  • Knowledge of Canva beneficial and Quickbooks accounts but can train

  • Helping grow our brand presence and digital voice

  • Assisting in the creation of ‘value-add’ documents and materials for our clients


What we’re looking for:



  • Someone with great attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and top-notch organisational skills

  • A creative streak when it comes to social media and branding

  • Experience in an office environment and ideally some exposure to marketing/admin

  • A confident communicator who loves being part of a team

  • Must have your own transport


What you’ll get:



  • A salary of £26,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
