About the Role:

You’ll be managing and growing an industrial temps desk, working with a loyal client base across Crawley and surrounding areas. The role will suit someone who enjoys building lasting relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves the variety that temp recruitment brings.

  Proven experience running a 360 temps desk within industrial, driving or similar high-volume sectors
