About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations in Haywards Heath.

This role involves managing a team of four consultants, with plans for expansion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for branch operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client service. My client is looking for an experienced agency recruiter from either the commercial  (Business support) or Industrial sector. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consultants to achieve and exceed billing targets.


• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.


• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand the client base.


• Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.


• Collaborate with senior management to set objectives and align team efforts with company goals.


• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.


• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep the company competitive.
