Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: London
Salary: £40k per annum plus generous bonus and commission structure, 50% of everything you bring on (temp or perm)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct research, networking, and lead generation to expand their client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and inform them of their tailored recruitment solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches both virtually and in person.
- Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns: Work with their marketing and social media teams to create and deploy business development campaigns.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Represent the Company: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote their services.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar customer-facing role within recruitment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
