About the Role

We are seeking an experienced 360 Insurance Recruiter to join our established recruitment agency in Loughton, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a warm desk with no threshold, working with an existing portfolio of insurance clients.

This role is office-based, but we are open to hybrid working for highly experienced candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process within the insurance sector


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients


• Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality insurance professionals


• Developing new business opportunities and growing your desk


• Staying up to date with industry trends to provide market insights

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in insurance recruitment is a must
✅ Proven track record as a 360 recruiter, with business development skills
✅ Strong relationship management and networking abilities
✅ A self-motivated and results-driven approach
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
