Salary: c.£30,000 basic + 15-25% commission (on everything billed, no threshold)
Location: Fully office-based, Chelmsford, Essex
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

The Role:
As an IT 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. You’ll play a key role in growing our client base, sourcing top talent, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Full 360 recruitment – business development, client management, and candidate sourcing.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates within the tech industry.
Proactively identifying and approaching potential candidates using various sourcing techniques.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Achieving and exceeding targets with a competitive commission structure (15-25% on all billings, no threshold).
Keeping up to date with market trends and industry insights to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
Proven track record of billing £150k+ per year within IT recruitment.
Experience recruiting for Software Developers, DevOps, Mobile App Developers, and UX/UI Designers.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
Ability to thrive in a small but vibrant office environment.
