About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in recruitment across IT, Renewables, Construction, Space, Defence, or High-End Technology sectors. You’ll be responsible for bringing in new business and maintaining strong client relationships, with a quarterly target of £30k.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Collaborating with the team to drive performance and hit financial targets.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and identifying new areas for growth.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role, with a strong billing history (£120k+ per year).
✔ Background in IT, Renewables, Construction, Space, Defence, or High-End Tech recruitment.
✔ A true business developer who loves bringing in new clients and enjoys networking, regular attendance at Expo shows and events.
✔ Confident personality – happy to get stuck in, enjoys banter, and works well in a small, close-knit team.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
✔ Must be a car owner/driver due to office location and monthly trips to their Oxfordshire office (mileage paid)
