The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant running a temps desk, you will be the driving force behind the client and candidate relationships. With a dedicated resourcing team to support you, your primary focus will be on sales and business development within your chosen sector. This role is perfect for a results-oriented professional eager to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Development:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Sales Leadership: Drive sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and expand our client base within the Industrial, Commercial, or Engineering sectors. Candidate Placement: Collaborate with the resourcing team to ensure the successful placement of high-quality temporary candidates. Market Insights: Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.
Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to both personal and company success.
Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a temps desk role within the commercial industrial driving or engineering sectors. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
