 Sourcing & engaging top recruitment professionals
 Headhunting & networking via LinkedIn, job boards & databases
 Screening & shortlisting candidates for Rec 2 Rec roles
 Managing talent pipelines & coordinating interviews

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Must have relevant agency recruitment experience
✔️ Strong communication & relationship-building skills
✔️ Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
✔️ Ability to work independently & as part of a team
