Our client, a leading workforce transformation consultancy specializing in technology sectors within Financial Markets, Banking, Fintech, and Private Sector projects, is urgently seeking brilliant Delivery Consultants to join their dynamic team. Due to an overwhelming number of vacancies from the some of the biggest banks across the globe, they need top-tier recruitment professionals immediately!
Who You Are:
A proven recruiter with consistent billings for the past three years in a Delivery recruitment role.
A results-driven recruiter with a passion for success and the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
You don’t need banking recruitment experience—your recruitment skills and tenacity matter most! (if you do have experience within Finance you'll most likely be fast-tracked)
A proactive and motivated individual who thrives on placing top talent and delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Working with some of the biggest banks across the globe, predominantly within the contract space.
Also handling perm deals averaging £20-30k each, alongside high-volume contract placements.
