We are seeking a passionate 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Sevenoaks, specialising in Commercial and Finance recruitment. Your Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement. Your role will involve:
- Business Development – Identifying and securing new client partnerships within the commercial and finance sectors.
- Candidate Sourcing – Using a variety of methods to attract, screen, and place top-tier candidates in exciting roles.
- Relationship Management – Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals – Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring the best outcome for both clients and candidates.
- Market Insight – Staying ahead of industry trends and advising clients and candidates on market conditions.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience (360, business development, or client-facing role preferred)
- Experience in Commercial or Finance recruitment is advantageous but not essential
- A self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Passion for delivering outstanding results and exceeding targets
