This is a fantastic opportunity to join the market leaders in education recruitment in the county, recruiting high-quality teaching and support staff for short, long-term placements and permanent roles.

Looking for a dynamic, driven branch manager who can bring with them the knowledge and billing capability that the branch needs. 

You will be inheriting a team of experienced consultants and expected to help find new consultants for the branch. You will be given total autonomy to treat the office as your own business and will be supported every step of the way with your progression.

Chelmsford, Essex, basic up to £45k doe plus £4k car allowance, working 8.30am – 5pm x4 per week,8:30am - 4:30pm on Fridays and reduced hours (9am - 3pm) in school summer holidays, work from home Wednesday's.
