Key Responsibilities:

Client Development:

• Forge and nurture strong relationships with clients to thoroughly understand their staffing needs, delivering specialized recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.

Sales Leadership:

• Unleash your sales prowess! Drive impactful sales initiatives, identify exciting business opportunities, and expand our client base across the Industrial, Commercial, or Engineering sectors.

Candidate Placement:

• Collaborate closely with our dedicated resourcing team to ensure the successful match and placement of high-quality temporary candidates who will drive client success.

Market Insights:

• Stay ahead of the curve! Monitor industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice that empowers both clients and candidates.

Performance Targets:

• Aim high! Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs, contributing to both your personal success and the overall growth of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Prior recruitment experience, particularly in a temps desk role within the Commercial, Industrial, Driving, or Engineering sectors.


• Sales Acumen: A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets; your drive for success sets you apart!


• Exceptional Communication Skills: You know how to build rapport and connect with clients and candidates alike.


• Adaptability: Thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment software and tools to streamline your processes and enhance results.
